  • Communal Cremation: Multiple pets are cremated together; ashes are not returned.

All services are conducted in compliance with Australian environmental and regulatory requirements, including EPA licensing and council approvals.

4. Collection and Delivery
  • Metropolitan Adelaide: In-person collection and delivery are handled by our team.
  • Regional Areas: Courier services are used for some areas. Angel Ashes is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers. Risks associated with courier services are accepted by the customer.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds are only available if the service cannot be completed due to issues caused solely by Angel Ashes.
  • Cancellations requested before collection may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative fees.
  • No refunds are provided once the cremation process has commenced.
6. Pricing and Service Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without liability to you or third parties.
