  1. Free Shipping in Australia, with upgrades availabe
  2. Most urns & keepsakes can be shipped to NZ. (excludes stone urns)
  3. We ship by Australia Post and/or Courier. 
  4. Delivery times provided are an estimate only.
  5. We process and ship memorial orders Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm.
  6. Tracking will be updated on your order once shipped.
