The holiday season brings a host of challenges and opportunities.

But what happens when we lose a beloved dog, cat, or other pet in the midst of it all? How do we grieve and mourn their death?

In this video, I share tips for coping with the loss of your pet during the winter holidays. As emotions arise – the sadness, loneliness, guilt, joy, hope – there is an opportunity for celebrating your pet and strengthening your love for them.
