Our all-female collections team consisting of my wife Melanie and my Sister Kathryn, are here to assist you every step of the way.
We can pick up your pet from your home or the vet and transport them to the crematorium with the utmost care and respect. However, you are most welcome to bring your pet to the crematorium located in Edinburgh North, South Australia.
Your pet will be cremated alone, with no other pets in the cremation chamber. The crematorium uses a high-tech barcode tracking system, ensuring your pet's identity and guaranteeing that you will receive only your pet's ashes.
We'll send you a text message after we've picked them up from the vet and when their ashes are ready to come home. You can call or text us if you have any questions or just need a chat.
We will return their ashes in our free satin scatter bag as standard. It's a simple and elegant option that is perfect for scattering your pet's ashes in a particular location. If you'd prefer to keep their ashes with you at home, we have a large selection of urns in our pet memorial store.

In around 10-14 days, we will return the ashes to your home in Metro Adelaide with a Certificate of Private Cremation. You'll also receive our gift, a Teddy Bear to provide comfort and a lock of their fur or feathers to remember your beloved pet. Update: Now Optional
Should you live in an Adelaide Metro suburb and need your pet's ashes back as soon as possible. In this case, we offer a Priority service that moves your pet to the front of the line or an Express service that speeds up the cremation and the return time to around two business days. When you plan to cremate your pet, let us know if you would like to use either of these options.
