Production Process
Each glass piece and presentation box are securely packaged and sent via Australia Post Registered Mail. We will provide a tracking number to you when dispatched. You will usually receive your sphere within 4 weeks of our receipt of ashes.

- If you are using our pet cremation service we will take care of the whole process for you and the pendant will be posted direct to your home in around 4 weeks.
OR
- If you already have ashes we will post you a collection kit which contains everything you need to send us a small amount of ash. Once your dome is ready it will be posted direct to your home in around 4 weeks from receiving your ashes.

We pay for the return Registered Postage for the collection of ashes and also the delivery of your special glass Memorial.
