As we are based in Adelaide, we are unable to offer in-home collections from the South East. However, the below clinics are serviced by our overnight express courier from vet clinics only on Monday to Thursday.

• No extra charge
• Collections on Monday to Thursday only
• Your pet's ashes will be returned to the same vet clinic.
• You will be notified by text once they are ready to pick up.

Adelaide Metro

Collections are available from Monday to Friday from 10 am until 5 pm for our flat-rate weight based fee from any vet or home in our Adelaide service area.

Saturday collections are available between 11 am and 4 pm for an additional $97.

Our rough service area is shown in the map below but covers most areas from Gawler to Aldinga to Mt. Barker, if unsure please contact us.

Once ready in around 7 days after collection, your pet's ashes will be personally returned to your home by one of our family member's, usually by Kathryn. 

We will send you a text once your pet's ashes are ready to come home.

FAQ

Do you service my area or vet?

• We service all vet clinics and homes in metropolitan Adelaide.
• We service at vets in Mt. Gambier & the Millicent clinic via courier.

Even if your vet says that they don’t use “Angel Ashes”, it is always 100% your choice who you choose to take care of your pet’s care and we can still collect from their clinic.

If your pet is to be collected from your vet, please make sure you let them know you have chosen Angel Ashes to take care of your pet’s cremation, to ensure that the pet is not sent off to a different company.

What hours are you available?

• We are available for vet and home collections 6 days a week. 

Monday to Friday, 10 am – 5 pm
Saturday, 11 am – 4 pm (+ $97)
Sunday, Closed

Will you put my pet to sleep?

• No, your vet or one of our vet partners will organise the euthanasia.

Once you have made a booking with one of our vets, you can book Angel Ashes to collect your pet from either your home or the vet clinic. If you would like to spend some time with your pet afterwards, this is perfectly fine.

What happens after I make a booking online?

• We will take care of everything for you and remain in contact throughout the process.

1. We contact you or your clinic to arrange transfer.
2. Once collected, we will text you to let you know.
3. Your pet enters a cremation queue.
4. Once their ashes are ready, Mel will contact you.
5. Ashes are personally returned to your home or workplace.

Do you have Afterpay, zipPay or Latitude?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, zipPay and Latitude payment plans. All can be used at our online checkout or over the phone.

Payment is due before or upon collection.

How long does it take for me to receive my order or ashes?

• Ashes are returned in 7-10 business days.
• Urns and memorials are shipped within 2 business days for stocked items.
• For custom made memorials please allow 3-6 weeks.

What is your return and exchange policy?

• We have a 30 day money back guarantee for urns and memorials.
• Excludes custom made and engraved items.

How do I change my shipping address?

• Please email us as soon as possible at info@angelashes.com.au with the correct address.
• Once shipped we are unable to redirect your package.

How do I track the status of my order?
